0- A record — points the domain to a server IP address (your website).
- CNAME — makes one name an alias of another, e.g. www → yourdomain.com.
- MX — tells the internet where to deliver your email.
- TXT — text checks such as SPF, DKIM or Google / Microsoft verification.
In cPanel open Zone Editor to add or change records. Wrong MX records stop your email — ask us if unsure.
