0- We take 2 full backups of your account every week.
- Each backup is a full, uncompressed copy — files, databases and email — so a restore is quick.
- In-server backup: a copy is kept on the hosting server.
- Remote server backup: another copy is kept on a separate backup server, safe even if the main server has a problem.
Backup space is extra and free — it does not come out of your plan. Example: with a 10 GB plan you use the full 10 GB for your website, and your 2 backups take another 20 GB (10 GB + 10 GB) that we keep for you.
