1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and bill for your services:

• Account details: your name, email address, WhatsApp / mobile number and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
• Order and billing details: the services and domain names you order, billing cycle, invoices, and payment references such as a bKash / Nagad transaction ID or sender number. We do not store card numbers.
• Domain contact details that domain registries require (name, email, phone, address).
• Messages you send us through support tickets, the contact form, live chat, email or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, login times and security logs.

2. How we use it

• To set up, run and renew the services you order.
• To send invoices, renewal reminders and service notices by email, WhatsApp or SMS.
• To answer your support requests.
• To keep accounts safe and stop fraud, spam and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only when it is needed to provide your service or required by law:

• Domain registrars and registries, to register and manage your domains.
• Payment providers, to confirm your payments.
• Google, if you choose "Continue with Google", and Google reCAPTCHA, which helps block automated attacks on our forms.
• Trusted providers that run our data centres, email, messaging and live chat, only for those tasks.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities when the law requires it.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: one keeps you logged in and your cart working, and two remember your language and currency choice for up to one year. Google sign-in, reCAPTCHA and the live chat may set their own cookies under their own policies.

5. Your website data

Files, emails and databases you keep on our hosting belong to you. We access them only to provide the service, to fix a problem you report, to protect our servers, or when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is active. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. After that, data is deleted or made anonymous.

7. How we protect it

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, login rate limits and restricted staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

8. Your choices

You can view and update your details from your account. You can also ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account. Some billing records must be kept by law.

9. Children

Our services are for people aged 18 or older. A younger person should use them only with a parent or guardian.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will also let you know by email.
