1. Your account

• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• Give correct name, email and phone details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices shown in US Dollars are for reference only; payment is taken in Taka. Services are activated after payment is received and confirmed. Payments made by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer are checked by our team before activation.

3. Renewals and unpaid bills

Monthly and yearly services renew at the end of each billing period. We send an invoice before the due date. If a bill stays unpaid, the service may be suspended and later removed, and its data may be lost. Domains that expire follow the registry's rules and may cost extra to restore.

4. Website design and development

Website design, online shop, web application and website fix services are charged once, not monthly. Lifetime support covers help and bug fixes for the work we delivered. New pages, new features or a redesign are quoted separately. Hosting and domain for the website are billed separately at their own prices.

5. Domains

Domains are registered in your name under the rules of the registrar and the domain registry. Registry contact details must be correct. Transfers follow registry rules. Domain fees cannot be refunded once the domain is registered or renewed.

6. Refunds

Eligible paid orders can request a refund within 30 days from the "Request refund" option in your account. Domain purchases are not covered. Approved refunds are made as account credit unless we agree otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for:

• anything illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or the country where the server is located;
• malware, phishing, hacking or attacks on other systems;
• spam or bulk email without permission;
• content that infringes copyright or trademarks, or that exploits children;
• using so many server resources on shared hosting that other customers are affected.

We may suspend a service without notice to stop serious abuse.

8. Backups and your data

We take regular backups to help in an emergency, but please keep your own copy of important files and databases as well. You are responsible for the content you publish.

9. Uptime and support

We work to keep services online 99.9% of the time. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. If you notice a problem, contact support and we will help as quickly as we can.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
